Once you sign up I would suggest turning on 2 factor authentication. There are many hackers on the internet so you want to protect yourself. Two factor authentication will send a pin number to your text or email so you will have to include the pin number as well as your password to sign in.
I would also download the mobile app to your smartphone. You will be able to carry your money with you and it makes it very easy to transfer bitcoin because you can use the camera in your smartphone to scan the QR Code that comes up when transferring or receiving money you just scan the code with your phone without the bother of cutting and pasting long strings of characters .
